Refund and Cancellation Policy allows customer to cancel their bookings anytime in case of change of plans. always focus on customer satisfaction. We never hold any customer money and refund the money to customer on a timely basis if reason is genuine and if booking is cancelled well in advance.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their booking done through our website anytime.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation can be done by sending an email to or by clicking on contact us page on our website and by sending booking cancellation request.
  • Cancellation of any booking done through our website can be cancelled by login to your account and there will be an option to cancel the booking. In case if user is not a registered user on then send a request to cancel the booking through email or contact us by clicking on contact us page.
  • Cancellation Policy of each Hotel or any other property listed on our website is different so some Hotels do not allow cancellation once booking is confirmed. Cancellation policies are mentioned for each and every Hotel or any other kind of property listed on our website.

Refund Policies never holds money of any customer we believe in customer satisfaction.

Total time taken to refund the amount will depend on the mode of payment. If booking is made online money will be refunded to same account through which transaction was made.

  • Refund will not be processed if Booking is cancelled on the same date of check-in or once the booking date is passed.
  • No Refund will be processed in case if Customer did not check in at the hotel after booking is confirmed.
  • Refund will totally depend on the day and time when the booking was cancelled. If Booking is cancelled on time well in advance full amount will be refunded to customer. In case booking is cancelled late some percentage or no refund will be given, Guests are requested to go through cancellation policy of Hotels or any other property before cancelling their booking.
  • Some Hotels do not provide refund once booking is confirmed, under that scenario cannot refund the amount to customer in case of cancellation of booking.

If payment is done online through credit card or debit card, amount will be refunded to the same account.
