Guest Policies

  • For hotel check-in the primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in at hotel.
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
  • The guests are requested to carry valid ID proof, the identification proofs which are accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. In case if valid ID proof is not present guests will not be allowed to check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID proof to Check-in at hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow the hotel policies, if any action by any guest is considered inappropriate by the hotel, Hotels will have the right to cancel the booking of the guest and can take appropriate action.
  • Our website will not be liable for any of your loss, damages at hotel. We will although help you in all the best possible ways to contact you with the hotel management in order to resolve the issue.
  • Guest shall be liable for any damages at the hotel and may have to pay fine, we request our guests not to damage the property.
  • Unmarried couples are requested to select accommodation type as couple before booking the hotel as some hotels may not allow unmarried couples and may cancel the accommodation in case if correct accommodation type is not selected before the booking.

Timing Policies

  • website provide the facility to stay at hotel for a specific time based on different time slots. But some hotels may have different timings so it is requested by the guest to check the available timings before booking the hotel.
  • Please click on Available timings tab in order to check the check in and check out time available and time slots available for that particular hotel.
  • In our website 12 pm to 12 pm check in and check out time is considered as full day but some hotels may not follow the same policy so before booking the hotel we request our guest to please check , check-in time as well as check-out time for that particular hotel as it may differ from hotel to hotel.
  • Guest who have booked hotel for a short period of time are requested to follow the timings and check out at the right time as per the booking done by them. In case if guest didn’t leave on time, Hotels will have the rights to charge extra amount from the guest depending upon their policy.
  • In case if Guests wants to extend their stay for extra hours and time they should inform the hotel well in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Hotel cancellation can be done by calling customer care, emailing us or by clicking on cancellation link but not directly by contacting hotel by any means. In case cancellation directly done at hotel no refund will be processed.
  • No modification is allowed once booking is confirmed. You will get a confirmation message and mail after the booking is done.
  • will not deduct any amount from their side in case of cancellation of booking.
  • Bank charges might be applicable in case of cancellation.
  • Bookings can be cancelled 1 days prior to check-in after that no cancellation will be entertained. It will be applicable only if hotel agrees. Some hotels may have different policy.
  • Guests are requested to check the cancellation policy before cancellation for any queries feel free to contact us.
  • Cancellation on the same day of check-in will not be considered.

Refund Policies

  • In case of cancellation of booking, Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
  • In case of booking cancellation, the refund will be as per the hotel cancellation policy guests are requested to check the hotel cancellation policy or contact hotel or contact if you have any queries.
  • In case of No-show, no refund will be done.
  • Hotel reserve the right to allow or deny check-in of guest. In case if check-in is denied by hotel, the advance payment amount refund will be pure decision of the hotel management.
  • will not be liable responsible for refunds in case of non-refundable room booked by customer or refund is not processed by hotel. Guest are requested to check the cancellation policy before cancelling the booking.

Hotels Specific Policies

  • Hotels have the rights to cancel the booking in case if guests doesn’t show proper ID proof.
  • Hotels may deny check-in to unmarried couples. So unmarried couples are requested to be careful and select accommodation type as couples only before booking.
  • Guest are requested to check all the amenities and facility present at the hotel in case if certain facility is not available then cancellation will not be considered. Some rooms might have Air Conditioning whereas some rooms not so we request Guests to book their rooms carefully as per the requirement.
  • Hotels will charge extra amount if any facilities are used by the guests which were not part of the package like spa, internet or other facilities present at the hotel.
  • Hotels may charge extra money in case if guests do not check out at time. Guests are requested to follow the timings and check out at correct time to avoid any problems.
  • Some hotels might not allow visitors to guest rooms so guests are requested to please check at the hotel before inviting any visitors from outside.
